Qigong On-line sessions are varied and allow you to develop a habit of practicing yourself.
After each class you receive a recording of the session and can repeat and practice in your free time.

Qigong exercises are characterized by three things – first you learn the movement, then you adjust your breathing until you can finally enter a calm rhythm of imagination and feeling.
